After submitting your gift card, you'll receive a unique transaction ID. You can use this ID along with your email address to track your transaction status at any time on our Track Order page.

If your transaction is rejected, you'll receive an explanation in the transaction details. Common reasons include invalid gift card codes, already-used cards, or unclear photos. You can always submit a new transaction with corrected information.
